Our Business
Our main business areas are the following three.
1) manufacturing a glass container for enclosing injectable medicine, such as a vial
2) manufacturing a medical device for enclosing injectable medicine, such as a syringe
3) secondary processing on a glass container for medicine
In the 1990s after we had obtained a manufacturing license for medical equipment, we commenced manufacturing a vacuum blood collection tube, a clean test tube and a capillary tube. In the 2000s we started manufacturing a manual injection device to be used for a prefilled syringe with an advanced manufacturing technique.
Our main customers range from minor to major pharmaceutical companies not only in Japan but also overseas.
While various kinds of materials are used for containers not only for medicine but also so for food and cosmetics, we have established firm trust and position as a company specialized in a glass container for injectable medicine through being thoroughly particular about glass.
Borosilicate glass, which excels in heat and medicine resistance has become the one and only material for a container of injectable medicine.

About 90 percent of our customers are major domestic and overseas pharmaceutical companies as well as generic drug manufacturers and we directly deal with them.
Most of our syringes are filled with injectable medicine by pharmaceutical companies and after being delivered to hospitals, they are used for the treatment of patients by doctors or nurses.

Advantage of Products and Technologies
We have established a mass production system for a vial through improving the current manufacturing line and adding another one while maintaining its high quality. In 2020 a total amount of production of a vila reached 50 million pieces per year and we will aim at establishing a production system capable of 100 millions pieces annually in the near future.
Our sulphur treatment, so called a secondary processing, contributes to stabilizing injectable medicine by reducing dissolving alkali from glass. Our customers highly appreciate our own way of treatment.
Being conscious of“persistently particular about quality”and“continuous improvement”, which are our company’s motto, we will fulfill our customer’s satisfaction by supplying acceptable products to them.
We design and assemble manufacturing machinery by our technical department, thus we can deal with any necessary repair flexibly and speedily.
